AUI-S Students Publish Hiwa in English

A number of volunteer youths decided to publish their first independent newspaper. Hiwa, a monthly independent newspaper will publish its first series in February. The newspaper will be in English. The group of students who pioneered are from the American University of Iraq-Sulaimani.

As the group approaching their final steps, they call for collaboration from everyone. You can learn more about the newspaper and its objectives by visiting their page on Facebook. Meanwhile, the newspaper is looking for talented columnists, reporter, contributors and designers. Anyone wanted to get involved can fill up a form which is prepared by the paper’s staff and they will be reviewed them as well.
