Havin Osman while giving the red rose to the security forces on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011 |
A scene repeated in Tunisia and Egypt before, and seen again in Kurdistan today.
Demonstrators for peace and freedom show their love for their country and countrymen by giving flowers to their supposed enemies.
Renass Hassan offering flower to a security man in the middle of the protests. |
American University of Iraq-Sulaimani students are honored to have the students among them who made that historic move today.
Havin Osman and Renass Hassan carrying flowers chanting among demonstrators |
Havin Osman and Renass Hassan , two AUI-S students, presnted red roses to the security forces moments before cracking down on the angry youth.
They said we gave them " red roses to tell them that we are all one against the dictators"
Well done Havin Osman and Renass Hassan, we all appreciate what you two did today.

Dear all,
Student Eye, as usual, is trying to get the latest and most trusted news to its readers. In regard to this photo, we have received it from a reliable source and we published it after we attained permission form Havin Osman. Few minutes earlier we have contacted Havin Osman, a freshman of International Studies at the American University of Iraq-Sulaimani, to reconfirm the credibility of the photo. “It’s my photo, and I can let Student Eye to have a recorded video of the moment” Havin told Student Eye.
Student Eye Team.
Havin and Renas gyan, I'm very proud of u guys...
u r both heros..
ur friend, sheelan
Well done Havin and Renas. We really proud of you.
That is not Havin. wrong information.
Dear Mahdi, that is not something to proud of. giving flower to some one like them who corrupted our government means dast xosh for what you are doing. there is an old saying poor got poor, recher got rechest. that is what it is happining in Iraq especialy our federal government. PlEASE stop thinking about your benefts or mastawkrdn by giving FLOWER to those theft and corruptors, or may be you are one of them. WHY NOT. lets think about those peole who do not have some thing to eat, or those who are shevering at nigt because they are frezing. those peole who do not mind to join terorest groups to get some mony. those peole who do not have a dinar in their pockets. those corruptors have nice car, wearing hot clothes, and studing in higher school. while the parents of poor peole are crying and wishing that if they could buy hot clothes, or sending them to school to educate them selves. there are peole who lost their fathers in the war against Sadddam. after they succeded, and died, corrutors got the government. their children are dieing of hungry or brsyate, while there are some king of people who are making laugh on them in directly. i wish that those poor peole do not join terorest groups to take their revenge or to make some mony for making living of. they should be patient, and love each other to build a nice feauture.
that is nice
what kind of history will that be????????????? hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
She better give her wealth to some poor people, instead of giving flower and imitating. We don't want daughter of a corrupt man giving flower to security.
Oh, my God. I can not beleive that some one is dare saying the true. A big thank for you.
Imitators and show-offs
Imitators and Show-offs
Shame on you to give Flower to those people shame on yourselves. that have not recorded in history something shamefull like that. people such as you must be in hell Not live on clean earth. if i were you, i could not look up towards people again
that is very strange !!!!!!!!! you do not dare to write your names !!!!! First, if you have a better idea write your names then criticize giving a flower to them!!! not hiding yourselves!!! you even do not dare to write your names !!!! which one is shameful?!!!!!! beside, what it has to do with wealth?!!! She did a good thing. If you do not know, it was full of philosophy !!! You have not understood yet!!

you all are bland. you do not see the fact. pleace wake up, however it is too late to wake up.
"no way" it sounds like someone, whome i know. if that is that person, we all know you what kind of person you are, MASTAWCHE.
what is the fact ? we want to know
i dont know what you guys are thinking, but before you say something bad to some one you better know that person, cause you might say something bad to that person which might not be true. AND if you really think that she or her father is corrupted or anything like that, you better mention your name and not be a COWERD.
and another thing is that giving flowers to millitary forces is a nice way to remind those soliders of the facct that we all are humans and we dont need to be aggresive against each other.
that is the reason behind giving flowers.

and more importan,,, the STUDENT EYE shouldn't have published those bad words that have been mentioned about RENAS and Hveen and their families.
i believe that the student eye posted that photo for a different reason rather than making letting ppeople insult each other.
so,, all of the students and whoever writes on this blog should have some respect before sayong any thing.
miran samir
she is not simple, just show offs, every one knows who MASTAWCHI is ?????
